Privacy notice
ApexSpan, operating as [Legal entity name], provides interim executive leadership to banks and credit unions. This notice explains what the apexspan.com website receives, where that information is held, who can see it, and how long it stays. It is written plainly so that a visitor and a board can both read it without help.
What this site is for
The site is informational. It describes the practice and offers a way to start a conversation. Services are contracted separately, by a written engagement letter. Nothing on the site is an offer, and nothing on it creates a client relationship.
Information you send through the contact form
The contact form asks for your name, your institution, your role, your email address, a phone number if you choose to give one, and a description of the situation. You also choose which advisor the message goes to. The phone number is optional. The rest is what is needed to answer you.
Please send only what is needed to open a conversation. Do not send confidential institution records, member or customer information, or non-public supervisory information through the form.
Where that information goes
Form entries are stored in the site’s form database, Fluent Forms, within this WordPress installation. A notification carrying the same information is emailed to the chosen advisor’s inbox. If the acknowledgement setting is turned on, a short confirmation email is also sent to the address you gave, so that you know the message was recorded.
The form uses two quiet checks against automated submissions: a hidden field that a person never sees, and a check on how long the page was open before the form was sent. There is no CAPTCHA. What you send is not added to a marketing list, and it is not sold or traded.
How long form information is kept
An entry is kept while the inquiry is open and for as long as it remains useful to the conversation it started. It is deleted on request. Entries that are resolved and no longer needed are removed on periodic review.
Hosting and server records
The site is hosted by Hostinger on shared WordPress hosting, with the server in the United States region. As with any web host, Hostinger keeps standard server access logs. Those records are held by the host under its own terms, and they exist to operate and secure the server.
Fonts
The site sets type in Fraunces and Public Sans, which are loaded from Google Fonts. When a page opens, your browser requests those font files from Google, and Google may log that request. No font request carries anything you typed into the form.
Analytics
If analytics is enabled on this site, it is PostHog product analytics, configured without cookies and without tracking visitors across other sites. Its only use is to show which pages are read and how people move through the site. There is no advertising on this site, and no third party advertising cookies are set.
Cookies
A visitor who reads the site receives no cookies. WordPress sets functional cookies in two situations: when a form is submitted, and when an administrator signs in to manage the site. Those cookies carry no advertising or cross site tracking function.
Service providers
Three providers touch this site in ordinary use: Hostinger, which hosts it; Google, which serves the fonts; and PostHog, if analytics is enabled. Email notifications travel through the mail service configured for the site. Information may also be disclosed where the law requires it.
Your rights
You may ask what information the site holds about you, ask for it to be corrected, ask for it to be deleted, and object to its use. Write through the contact page and say plainly what you are asking for. ApexSpan will answer the request and will say what was done.
Changes to this notice
If this notice changes, the revised version is posted on this page and the effective date below is updated. The version posted here is the version that applies.
